LONG BLOCK RACKING SYSTEM

A robust, scalable storage and handling solution critical to efficient high-volume foam production. These systems are essential in mattress, furniture, and foam production factories to ensure product quality, safe handling, and efficient manufacturing throughput.

Typical components of a foam racking system
  • Storage racks or curing racks
  • Automated conveyors (move blocks between lines and racks)
  • Lifting and shifting mechanisms
  • Cranes (optional, for multi-level storage)
  • PLC-based or intelligent control systems for automated operation
Customization

Fresh block storage systems are available from 20M to 120M with specific number of racks based on production capacity, daily movement and annual tonnage. Key parameters such as roller spacing, belt width, and rack capacity are tailored to the block dimensions and required production capacity. Conversion lines such as automated transfer conveyors, feeding conveyors for long slitter, cutting station can be integrated.
