LIFTING CRANE

Specialized lifting cranes and warehousing modules to handle long blocks upto 60 meters. It can be synchronized with foam racking system for large storage and inventory.

Gripper module specially developed to handle fresh blocks. Gripper support designed with E channel or perforated plate to ensure minimal contact pressure and optimum hold.

Operation typically involves clamping the foam block, lifting it, and conveying it horizontally to the next processing station.

Double block gripper for long blocks between 40–60M. Two grippers with individual traverse system installed and synchronized to handle long blocks upto 60 M. These grippers can be operated separately and combined.

Auto Positioning system

Two-level sensors are installed throughout the traverse rail to ensure accuracy in positioning of blocks. Control cabinet is operated wireless transmitter either controlled by hand-held remote or by HMI interface.
